The 2008 Athletes in Action Super Bowl Breakfast, Saturday February 2, 2008

 

This annual event, held in the Super Bowl host city of Phoenix and emceed this year by former San Francisco 49ers All-pro tight end Brent Jones, will showcase life stories and personal faith testimonies of football stars from both Super Bowl teams, legendary Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame quarterback Bart Starr, Indianapolis Colts Head Coach Tony Dungy, and Cincinnati Bengals Hall of Fame Tackle Anthony Muñoz. You’ll also see the presentation of the prestigious Bart Starr Award to a current NFL player selected by his peers who exemplifies outstanding character and leadership on and off the field, in his home and in the community. Past recipients include Steve Largent, Mike Singletary, Reggie White, Anthony Muñoz, Darrell Green, and Cris Carter.
